As far as panick is warranted, I'm pretty sure that even if it turns out that there is an increased risk of heart inflammation due to pfizer, the general risk of getting heart inflammation regardless is larger than the increase of risk (the risk would increase by a factor 1.5 to 2.0, if it increase...

I do think if the extreme gap wont change between poor and rich in the US its inevitable that the country will change into autocracy.

There is a difference between:
-Do not come here because we don't have the resources to help you (but wish we could)
Or
-Do not come here because you are dangerous subhuman beings
That is the difference between the left and far-right wings.

the world would be a better place if we killed the rich and distributed their meat as food for the poor that's cruel, doesn't cannibalism cause some sort of illnesses? Yeah, but the rich aren't human. That's why it's ok for the government to steal their money This is such an assbackwards argument. ...

Re: Housing Crisis
Could be because the supply is still larger than whatever demand there still is on the market. Meaning there's still a lot of population that still doesn't own their flat/house, even if overall the population is shrinking. So there's still room to speculate and ask for higher prices. Especially if ...

Re: Housing Crisis
That's why this idea that we need to make sure we have growing demographics (ie, birth rates above replacement level, so >2.1 children/family) for the sake of keeping the GDP growing is bad, when that means making the housing situation an even bigger hell for a growing number of people. Its actuall...

EU 1% population is 4,5 million.
At this 150k/year rate it takes 30 years for immigrants to reach 1% of the EU population.

Yeah I understand that people find it more important to focus on immigration. But the issue has been solved since 2017.
So focusing on issues which non-existent is clearly a propaganda. Its made up - that's the point.
