I tried to logon about 30 minutes ago and it was down. I tried again just now and it worked! Only 200 people logged on at the moment. Hopefully it is actually fully working now and this wasn't a fluke.

I can log into ESO on my computer using a tethered internet connection from my phone, but every game will fail to join. My cellular provider is AT&T. Can anyone think of a way to get this to work?

Latency might be too big an issue even if the "failed to join" issue is resolved.

I was watching H2O stream one time and noticed him check the online status of players using some application/client. Does anyone have a copy of this application? He used it to avoid quicksearch with some trolls who had pested him (so he couldn't otherwise easily see their online status).
