Japan is OP because of its running abilities which are insane. Not because of its heads up fight. Thats why it wasn't in the tournament. It isn't unlogical the evaluation of a civ changes over the course of 10 years. Even more so for a civ that was almost never played by good players for those years...

With only 28 range flaming arrows are not anywhere near culvs. It means they run in and around your army to kill an enemy culv/cannon. There will be more conflicts, im sure. After all the original game wasnt designed for Treaty. Its better to make two different fanpatches. One for Sup and one for Treaty.

Saturday 2am your time is possible for me.

12 Am your time on saturday is not possible for me. Is 10 am saturday your time possible (=17:00 my time).

21:00 on monday is the best option for me. I have to get up early in the mornings so start time 23:00 is a max for me.
