Advanced Mill + Land grab should make mills build instantly and cost -320W. You can literally click anywhere to instantly build a mill and get wood in your account.

I can imagine 'Advanced Mill' being problematic if it gives the 50% reduction twice. Someone should check the file to check.

The net gather rate on mills is 0.5 I believe due to the walking time, I can remember someone testing this. That being said, hunts also have some walking time (but less than mills).

What you describe sounds a lot like base defense or just a treaty game. I've never played LoL but it can't be hard to make AI-controlled monkeys. Use Army Deploy to create gaia units.
