How long have you been around?

Almost every game I go into on ESO now I get a comment about how old my account is. What date did you make your ESO account? Is yours older? My date is spoiled down below. I am still amazed at the activity in the community for such an old game. Disclaimer - There is no positive correlation between n...

Re: Official insomnia thread

Dolan you are very helpful in this thread - kudos to you. When I was younger I had trouble falling asleep and more importantly staying asleep. I have tried everything over the course of my life. From my experience, I would only use prescription meds (even things like melatonin) as a last resort. The...

Re: Japanese Discussion Thread

Ye to me they are totally fine. I wanted to rec some games with some new build ideas but I didnt have time (ended up playing Russia instead). Would be really nice to see some high level Jap games with different strats. I like the civ but the kami -> shrine boom -> yumi -> if survive then push with ...

Re: Japanese Discussion Thread

Not really because they already get a fuck ton of crates. Jap age1 si heavily dependant on treasures and that's why their scouts combined are better than euro ones. With decent treasure gathering Japearly efficiency/age up time isnt even a problem. So in your opinion right now Jap is fine and needs...

1 - Drama is fun, I am probably one of the oldest members of this forum but I still like to see a good grudgematch... I don't think that makes me any less of an adult. No matter what anyone says I bet more people will tune into a match knowing that the two people playing don't like each other. Obvio...

Re: ESOC Fitness Thread

I've gone to gym now for perhaps year and 8 months. Started as bodybuilding like most of the guys who are clueless what to do with some guidance of my friend. then I moved to study to other city and meet new faces who introduced me to powerlifting and been enjoying it ever since. I came a to conclu...

Re: ESOC Fitness Thread

Running (jogging) is the most overused and abused form of fitness. Coincidentally, walking is one of the most underused and underappreciated forms of fitness. You can basically get all the benefits of jogging without the major drawbacks. With a non elevated heart rate? How does that work? Also, tim...

Re: ESOC Fitness Thread

If by running you mean sprinting then I might agree with you - long distance running is probably the most detrimental form of exercise. The majority of injuries that I see on a day to day basis are caused by long distance running. If by healthy you mean from a cardiovascular standpoint you can get ...

Re: ESOC Fitness Thread

I followed Candito's Six Week Strength Training (http://www.canditotraininghq.com/free-programs/) for several months, back when I was a stud, with very good results, when I had lost my linear gains. Candito is a cool guy. The program is free, not some pay-sham like other fitness figures put out. Hi...

Re: Apology to community

I Feel bad for him because the community/game is a part of his life but he has made his bed. Why shouldn't one just cheat and try to get away with it? If they get away with it, they do well and advance... If they get caught just make a future apology and join the next tournament. I think he should b...
