Re: Official AoE 4 Thread

If 10 aoe people were flown into Vancouver atleast one of them should've been Ryan I think zuta with his connections and history has the biggest chance of being involved. Next is ryan, seems he has been rather busy lately and his lack of progress in divinity original sin 2 is potentially suspicious...

Re: AOE4 beta has been released!

I heard guys like daut, viper, zac were flying out to relic vancouver over a week ago and then I saw this post and put two and two together. I assumed since FE are managing aoe2 DE it was something different idk? Could all just be a bunch of rumours I guess? I have easily been misled in the past. :l...

Re: AOE4 beta has been released!

If the aoe2 players encountered no "bad designs" from their perspective then that makes me worried.

Idk about the veracity of this aoe4 beta claim anymore.

Re: P i k i l i c Classic Tournament

I wonder if a different format for this could be good. I think the community is a little burned out on these long drawn tournaments that show up between the main ESOC tournaments (I think this is like the 6th or 7th tournament since the last one?) How about doing a 1-day or weekend format? I imagine...

Not the traditional body builder type (ok not even remotely close) but Froome posted this today. He's the best cyclist in the world this year in case you're wondering.

You may or may not appreciate this contribution.

Re: The King's Return (New Mod)

I played some of this a couple of months ago. Some really nice ideas and architecture. My all time favourite unit is the dude carrying the palm tree which you can plant. Holy shit that's good. I think I had a few texture bugs iirc and some unfinished images but to be expected from a beta. I still ha...

Re: You sit on ESOC all day puzzling! You know nothing of hard life!

Of course the mathematics teacher found it. I don't even need to say yes/no you know you're right. Wicked is teacher now? :O Is that the only solution? Now and for the past 2 years. You don't have to weigh the 10th bag if you're feeling lazy, but sensible people will put in the effort for the neat ...

Re: You sit on ESOC all day puzzling! You know nothing of hard life!

Answer to kamis problemo. Try and solve it yourself first though. Are you allowed to take out coins? Presumably just take out 1 coin from the 1st bag, 2 from the 2nd, 3 from the 3rd etc ... Put all the bags on the single scale for your one "weigh" The scale should read 954.x grams. 10-x = ...

Re: Balance - 400 wood [TOGGLEABLE] plantations

Well RE made it a point to have great map variety too, it's part of Aoe3. Texas was an interesting design for a later game map, though they did it with low resources. Either way a late game map would be a good addition. Also I disagree no one plays on Indonesia, I've hosted games on cascade, indo a...

they should've done something to lag after g1.... and i dislike community for going full retard if someone says "lag". because aoe almost always lags in tournament setting with 2 casters with their soviet connections and pcs Yea you're right, we should have changed something after game 1....

Well you can't outscale anyone with 600w :)

But yes it is a good idea to pressure the Japan rather than sitting back.

A water boom might be the one thing that would outscale Japan tbh.

Yea that would be neat since some are essentially useless and it's a cool feature of the game. You have to be really careful with how that's done though, only buff them till they are average at best.

That'd be a job for the deceased EP team that DE could then copy.

You're crossing that line again inter!

I think a slight rework to the PR system would be nice, I really like it despite it's massive flaws. A change to the variance could do wonders do stop new accounts flying up to pr 50 among other tweaks.
