No multipliers against shock infantry (maybe hidden stat?)

For some reason ranged cav doesn't have bonus against shock infantry. The only thing in the russian roster that should hard counter chimus are alberdiers

I'm having a lot of trouble dealing with chimu runners as russia. Unlike other factions, Rusia can't counter the chimu runners with musketeers due to their subpar stats.
