Re: Indian Discussion Thread

It might be better to move away from this subject. While wood starts are better for india for sure, I do not think india is anywhere near inconsistent enough with regards to crate starts that fixed crates is worth discussing. Fixed crates as a whole is not a bad idea and might deserve a topic. As to...

Re: 2v2 tournament

I was pretty unhappy that you forfeited in 2nd chance callen. Just so you know, you did disappoint me. So did h2o. But being disappointed is part of life. Its not the best behaviour to forfeit tournament games, but theres many cases in which its a possible consideration. I remember playing umeu in a...

If it turns out the eso account cannot be recovered then maybe a change in name could be beneficial. Either way, Im sorry to hear about this and will try to make sure your good image wont be hurt by this guy cheating on your account.

Re: Most one-sided match up?

10/10 xbow pike or straight ff with an organ musk timing. Also atp. Im torn between dutch vs spain which is a very hard match up, and probably one of those match ups against a rush civ that japan just loses really badly. I dont think india vs british is that onesided, brits often get a pretty nice t...

I just dont agree with the sentiment that wifi has to be unstable. Ive had many years of perfectly stable gaming using wifi.

Re: Most one-sided match up?

I suppose Dutch vs Spain is quite terrible, worse than Dutch vs Germany or other dutch match ups imo. How about iro/aztec vs japan/china? Otto beats india pretty hard, or japan. RE Germany vs RE ports is pretty insane too, but maybe on atp maps that changes too much.

Re: 2v2 tournament

If we say that H2O shouldn't have a temporary tournament ban because others who committed this offense didn't get one, then you are essentially saying the staff should constantly repeat every mistake they've ever made and never improve. Yet giving him a ban would be biased. So you can stop with you...

Re: Is Ethernet significantly better than Wifi?

I think your ISP has some stability issues. May I suggest running similair tests but simply pingtesting your own router? That's what got my a rather accurate diagnosis on the instability of my wifi connection. That wouldn't be a realistic test case, though. Three 10ms variations over 10 min is not ...

Re: Is Ethernet significantly better than Wifi?

Just a small tidbit of information to add for you guys: I measured the bandwidth of a 1hr 15min treaty game using Tripmode. The total usage was 34 MB. Conclusion: you can probably play this game on a really slow connection so long as the connection is reliable. If I go to task manager during playin...

Re: Personality types

You can tell how accurate it is by reading about the type and seeing how much of yourself you recognize in it. I missed the type description it appears. This last test calls me an ESFP again but with the S at 51%, it felt accurate. But those descriptions are always so positive that it's hard to ide...
