Oh ok I see, sry I missunderstood your post. Well, that's clear for me, diarouga was just angry and insulted Umeu without really thinking of it, but that's like when you say motherfucker, that's just a word...

Thats not really true. None of your post is.

Re: Message from Diarouga

Media team are the main tournament admins. In the current team structure both those appointed leaders and the entire team, or those that bothered to vote, have a majority in this decision. Im happy to see you're eager to dispute this statement with vague guessing.

Re: Message from Diarouga

Because there's no official staff response and this thread has turned into people making super weird assumptions and discussing without knowledge of anything, I'm going to explain carefully what is going on exactly: Diarouga was banned last summer. Contrary to what he may make you believe - he has t...

Re: Pushing out of base

To be fair, failing to push out of your base is more a sympthom of something in a much earlier stage going wrong than it is that you don't know how to push out. Almost any sort of strategy that isn't a hard rush is aimed at being able to push out of your base when your hunts run out. You've clearly ...

Re: ESOC Spring Championships: Check-in

It's indeed impossible to draw conclusions, but the amount of people that forgot to sign up seems to indicate to me that it concerns mostly people that really would've failed to schedule. If the number was much larger or much smaller I'd be less content so far. At the very least, I think the experim...

Re: A guide to the Dutch semi-FF

Lots of side cases imo. 1. it's unlikely that your 5 hussar from bank wagon will do any significant damage against just about any civ. Maybe vs china/japan. You really should try 700w more, that build order is so smooth and strong. 2. I don't know. My experience tells me the answer is no. The TP one...

Re: ESOC Spring Championships: Check-in

I don't think all the people who didn't sign up in the check in thing, are unable to play in the tourney, otherwise why would they sign up in the tournament? You can simply disqualify people who don't show up in the schedules. Not sure if you noticed that some days ago there were less people signed...

Re: Message from Diarouga

I'd say the situation escalated because diarouga tried to manipulate everybody and somehow people are quite willing to believe that esoc staff are villains that just ban people because they don't like m.

Re: Gun Control

When comparing a gun ban to bans on other sort of stuff, its all about proportionality. Yes kitchen knives can be used to kill people, but life would be much harder without them. Guns on the other hand don't really serve a purpose beyond simple hobbies (and killing people..). Also, if we were allowe...

Media team? I dont know how the code works, I guess H2O does though. Just go play some games, Ill make sure you'll end up on the list if you drop too low.

This creates problems since most planes will spend periods of time sitting stationary on the runway.

Hmm haha good point.

And you may not think he has to play because hes good, but the only reason you are bothered to have this discussion, is because hes good. nobody would have cared if it was just the ear, which again, is about the same as saying he gets priviliged because of his skill. I think thats the biggest issue...

Re: Message from Diarouga

Actually why don't we make a poll on esoc whether or not dia should be allowed to play in tourney and have a vote? Both sides can be allowed to put up facts and the community becomes the judge. Because it's not gonna change anything. What I don't understand is why does the site administration let i...

Re: Circular Runway Design

I don't really get how it can be that space efficient, and the comparison between for example schiphol (huge ass airport) seems kinda off and I'd assume the same for the other airports. The argument about noise polution is very decent though.

I'm mostly sceptical to be honest.

Re: Circular Runway Design

While in practise it does surely seem cool, I don't really see the added benefits that clearly. Seems it'd make landing harder and that it'd require all current airports to restructure the entire airport. Many airports either just have one or two runways, in which case that circular layout doesnt se...
