I am not having that problem - occurs for me only when jp Elo is selected.

Turns out it was already fixed when I wrote that but it was the case yesterday I think.

Re: MU of the week: India vs Dutch on Fertile Crescent

I think from the india side of things its important to not underestimate how much damage a rush can do and how much it can delay the Dutch player. It's not even that it will win you the game or that it will actually be very cost effective, it's just that you push the game towards late colonial stage...

Re: Mono-Civ Cup and Introducing the ESOC Grand Tour!

Can I say I really like how this format truly introduces a 'meta' in aoe3. Looking at the civ list is interesting to me.

Re: Brave Web Browser

I think the most important two questions are:

Is it easy to use?
Is it actually factually faster? If so then why would it be faster?

Not that it would lead to good gameplay though, ships destroy land units in this game.

I feel like pick rate portrays balance much better than winrate though. If some bad guy is playing lots of british then that's going to have a very significant effect on their winrate.

Re: SirMusket Cheats Again [Proof]

Anyone can write some half assed 'apoligy' like Sirmusket has done multiple times. I don't know why people continuously accept his shitty apologies and compliment him for being 'honest' and taking the blame. An apoligy is something you do because you truly feel like you shouldn't have done what you ...

Re: Mono-Civ Cup and Introducing the ESOC Grand Tour!

I think ideally a tournament would last 4-5 weeks at most. Anything longer than that and it's just a negative experience for players which results in bad scheduling, players not practising much or even forfeits quite far into a tournament. If you then take 1 round per week as the norm (anything more...

Re: Mono-Civ Cup and Introducing the ESOC Grand Tour!

It is said historians will debate and quarrel over the many mechanisms which caused ESOC to fall, much as is done now about Rome. I personally have my coins tossed in off topic. All jokes aside, I definitely think ESOC's media department is terribly understaffed. Add to that that the caster pool is...

Bram left, H2O and Mitoe still seem relatively inactive, I haven't seen or heard of n0el in ages, Jim supposedly is doing an internship right now, I haven't really seen Interjection around much or curassierandcurassier. So the media team is a busy Jim and Chrisie who, in my experience, has never bee...
