Well the spam inviter made an account called 'Bieut', which ingame looks exactly like 'Bleut' and spams invites to people with it. That is a possibility. At least one of those accounts was created today, so he clearly has no intention of letting up. One solution would be to use his own script against his accounts. I wonder what that would do to ESO's stability though. I don't think this is a viable solution for the long term...

Btw next time they invite you just accept and check their homecities. Then a file with their HC stats should get saved on your PC in the mydoc folder. You can copy the name from there. IM not sure this works if you can't join his lobby since he's on his own patch but if this works it's even better ...
