SA looks great on paper for tr but it's only a small eco bump for stats (yes you get cbd) but your units will suck ass in comparison to anyone else. I dont even think its worth doing over going imp in sup 3v3 unless you really cant gather the res for imp.

Correct you send it before 40 if you have it. You also generally need AA and a training card out as well.

If you're struggling for card space pre 40, take any wood chopping cards out of your deck. As port you should be able to get AA, church, and at least 1 training card out before 40

If church card is only useful for overpop with no long term benefits, dont send it. Ports it's fine because of the eco boost.
