What about building only one house + tp on the start, and getting the refugees for 2 vills?

You still need to build that house latter for pop, and 1 vill less is bad.... But on the other side a tp right on the start of everygame is great.

Imo the meta is still evolving in this patch, and it might be too early to make more changes on all civs. Every round in the tornament there were new stuff apearing, and on foruns you still see heavy disagreement on whats good or not. At least I would vote for the next patch only afecting sioux+iro+...

I think aztec should be decent if played in all in style, no 5 vill, no wp. Dont be h20 vs mongo.

Actually i'm not sure, i dont have great experience in this mu, but aztec is capable of making an early timming stronger then russia, and russia is hard to hold as brits, soooo.....
