Actual design is important, as in, Sioux isn't supposed to be a turtle/eco civ (does that ring a bell btw?). It sounds a bit weird, but i think theres a mistake in the Strelet cost: Russian infantry units have the bonus of 75% cost while having 80% stats. I m not sure, the lag problem could also be on my side. For some reason my provider does not always provide a good enough connection even if it should in theory be better than necessary to play AOE3 online.

One real con to that strategy is that you dont have cav early on. Musks profit much from the presence of cav.
