Re: US election - who do you think will win?

I'm not expecting a Brexit style polling error. We have way more pollsters and the polls for Brexit the day before the vote did show a toss up. My prediction is Clinton slightly over performs, wins by 5 nationally. Should look similar to the 2012 map.

Re: rush vills with france

My Cdb Rush is paired with musk/husk. The CdB's act as tanky skirmishers. BO is usually 3 CdBs 4 CdBs pioneers 3 Huss. And I send literally every villager I have. Often I try to set up a forward barracks stable and/or outpost too

Revolts as viable strategies?

Any examples of or thoughts on Revolts in competitive play? I know Interjection has a video of him doing a fast revolt as the the Ottomans. And I'm building a revolt deck for the very specific situation of Portugal/water map/20 minute treaty. But what about elsewhere?

Re: Hunting with Japan

My guess is they made every civ match the "default" first and then went back and added the unique qualities, so they recorded lines for hunting back before they decided to make one of Japan's unique flavors that they can't hunt.

Re: Russia v China

No one seems to use them, but I don't think its a bad idea to mix in some halberds, especially in this situation. Have them body block for your Cossacks so you can get the cavalry to the chu ko nus.

Re: Guys i found the "End-All" unit

I'm still trying to figure out what about the Andes map makes Rajputs more effective. The Incan TPs? They don't have anything that improves unit attack. I believe it is the speed boost on Andes Yucatan's HP bonus would be better. And I think there's an Asia TP that gives out something like 10% mele...

Re: Introduction thread

Oh god... what have I become.

To be slightly less stereotypical, I don't actually think Hillary Clinton is the devil and will happily vote for her, and I don't go around the internet posting religion bashing memes or AmazginAtheist videos either.

Re: French Cav Semi FF

Does anyone use the crossbow -> skirmisher card? or the russian strelet -> musketeer card, or the spain pikemen-> rodelero cards? I have Richelieu's reforms (French xbow to skirm card) in a rush deck, with the idea being I do the standard xbow/pike rush and if my opponent stabilizes I can spam out ...
