Well, I used to study while listening to music but its so easy to get distracted by the music, so nowadays I study in complete silence, and it works better (its really really really boring though). It might apply to aoe aswell, maybe even more so because its easier to hear some audio notifications....

During the day I try to play well but I overdo everything. Sometimes when I play at like 2 AM tough I play so much more chill and calm lol and i feel like 3-4 PR better.

Imo 3 bank ff with bank wagon 700w 1kw is good. You can make rax and stable from 700w and be completely safe with 5 skirm 5 ryuter, and can add 4thbank from 1k wood.

I think one of the biggest obstacle is people not wanting to learn so many new civs and dozens of new matchups. I remember when I moved to TAD I was playing it only for the new maps (the RE maps), I was annoyed at having all those new civs.
