So, in this particular case, it's the gay men's fault they didn't have weapons on them to stop the killer. So maybe the solution is compulsory gun ownership and carriage. I don't get why people hate drug/alcohol education so much. I could care less if the truth about them is generally stretched, there's numerous benefits to just not getting started on them on the first place.
