How is each player only able to play a civ once? What if mitoe loses with spain? He can never pick spain again and not be ever able to win with spain I think the rules need to be revised here.. Its just aoe2 is way more beginner friendly. THe card system and hc level system means you have to learn basically 2 games in 1. People cant be bothered to do this.. Yea mitoe, exactly the fact you didn't have time to prepare and tried to pull of something unexpected to win is what makes this style of tournament fun. Good players improvise on the fly and adapt.
