Strategy/Decsion making seem closely correlated, hands down imo that's the most important thing in this game. With a decent apm macro/micro are relatively easy. If someone knew what was best in 100% of all situations he could have shit micro and be pr38+

i think russia was underrated before, and overrated now. they were always strong in some mus and on particular maps and they won the maps you'd expect them to win, low res maps and no tp maps.
