If i had to balance them, i would:
-Move tp into age 2
-Buff all civs age 3 politicians cost/research time

This way there is no need for tp to going age 3.

Uhlan cost increased from 50f, 100c to 65f, 100c; hitpoints increased from 180 to 190

Was not mentioned. But i guess bounty changed accordingly.

Since i dont micro both were placed side of each other. They autofocused their own targets. Probably both group focused as much as other did.

Both focuses.
Its just if the cheaper unit dont focus it might lose because of the unit drop effect.
But if the focusing correct that effect is so minimal its negotiable.

Halberdiers are available to Dutch, French, John Black's Mercenaries (Act II: Ice campaign), Portuguese, and Russians. So far i see only dutch is lacking of musks... But how many times i said that buffing useless units is not the same as making them op? Its extremist thinking on this case. I like neither change but would pick -1v over -2 cav. Maybe you can leave Germans alone if exiled prince is being nerfed further? Or other politicians should be buffed... Exiled remains on current research time and others get a pretty big buff on research time. This way civs remains the same strong...

The problem only is the tp and notp maps huge difference. Since all changes brings down germany advantages on tp maps, overnerf them on notp maps. TP is a much bigger balance issue which should be solved first. Its unacceptable (for me) that almost all civs if you want to win tied to the map type to...

Since 1k coin is equivalent of 10 skimrs add 7 = 17
Others side is 10 jeagers since -3 from uhlan difference.

Its basicly 10 jeagers vs 17 skirms.
Jeagers wins but you also pay for the delay.

It was the results for cost effectivity. Jaeger - 69 Vet skirmisher - 65 Basicly jaegers a bit stronger, but since they merc they come delayed. And jeagers tend to do better since if only the first line fires in a skirm war, the backline cant shoot which negates number advantage in fights. So basicl...

I think switching from sending 13 jaegers to 7 skirms makes almost no difference in term of civ strenght. It might also buff the civ.
