Re: Rodeleros' siege attack
Yeah rod siege would be nice, but I would rather buff both attacks for rods. Maybe buff hand attack to 13 or 14 (lowering cav multiplier as well) and buffing siege to maybe 15. 20 siege seems very high IMO.

Starting Mosque with Otto
So I have been toying around with what to do with Ottoman on non-tp maps for the past few days. With the release of EP 2.0, Otto are now pretty strong in team play, and IMO much more competitive in 1v1. Abus guns are trash, but jan/huss is still very strong. To be fair, this topic doesnt really have...

Re: Map-set Information and Map Discussion
Also, why does Tibet have the weighting of 3 in the ESOC maps set and 2 in the QS one? Mostly because ESOC set was mostly oriented to variety and semi-casual play while QS set was meant to be the competitive one, also considering the fact that you can't rehost in qs. If this is the case, than why i...

Re: Map-set Information and Map Discussion
Colorado should be less weighted due to spawn problems and fairness, especially in team games. Colorado is currently the fairest map of all since all resources (gold and mine) spawn in a defined area and aren't random at all so. That's why the map is totally a mirror. I'm talking about 1v1 here bec...

Re: Map-set Information and Map Discussion
I think bengal needs to be more heavily weighted. It is one of the best designed/consistent/fair maps in the pool, and offers a fairly unique play style. Also Arizona and Siberia should be more heavily weighted as well. Both of them are very well balanced and designed maps. Colorado should be less w...

Re: Russian Discussion Thread
Its just that they were already pretty good, but were just awkward, but with that extra bit of food around, it makes all of their timings much easier and crisper. They are much better in team because their lack of true skirmishers isnt as big of a deal.

Re: Keyboard and Mouse strategy
I use a razer blade stealth laptop with a $20 logitech mouse. Get value laptop and really portable for school. Hoping to build a pc of my own to get better performance, but my laptop can comfortably run the game at 2560x1440 with low/medium settings at 80-100 fps (so effectively 60 cause refresh rat...

Re: Do some of the recent EP changes even make sense?
As being jesus, not a pro though, I also feel the awkwardness of german or france making me not want to play them anymore. Cant underlay this with stats or something, just thought i had to agree on that aspect. Blessings In what way do you find Germans more awkward, precisely? Its just that Uhlans ...

Re: French Discussion Thread
We could have slowed age up time by just reducing CDB train time by one or two seconds, which I believe AS FP did also. -100 food is just so awkward, and can totally ruin more aggressive builds, which weren't OP, while Semi-ff's arent as hurt, even though they were the ones that needed weakening. Wh...

Re: Team-game Balance
Germany in 2v2 is really good. I havent played them on 2.0, but on 1.1, their twp batches of cav semi-ff was so fucking strong in 2v2 lol. Japan will forever be good in team, but they have definitely gotten less OP on ES maps. Honestly there is very little we can do about them because what they are ...

Re: French Discussion Thread
I still think that there needs to be a gendarme nerf. If you just make them scale off of colonial stats, their age v stats are still decent, and their age 3 isnt affected at all. Reduced training time did help to alleviate some of the problems with the cuir spam, so maybe its not necessary. I think...

Re: Why do people prefer 3v3 ?
3v3 is just way more fun. You can be super greedy and super hardo on micro which is really fun IMO. 2v2 are also very fun, yet far more competitive. The problem I have with 2v2's (especially on older EP) is that some civs are super good, like germany and japan, but on 3v3 they are a little more bala...

Re: Portuguese Discussion Thread
I think that Portuguese have been a huge success story, and have grown to be one of my favorite civs. I think that all that needs to be done with them is a buff of their infantry, as well furthered nerfs to their goons. I think that infantry HP should be moved to age 2, Attack to age 3, and keep Co...

Re: Ports VS Japan on Land
Literally there is nothing ports can do vs japan on RE. On EP, I would just do a musk semi into organ/goon. This matchup is defintely one of the hardest ones for Ports on EP. My advice: just mirror them.

Re: British Mirror play
Its an older version of the build that plays out to be a bit more aggressive, because your eco bonus come more quickly, and allows you to mix a second rax a little bit earlier, at least when I do the build.

Re: Land maps comparision
Is there some way you could add resources from treasures? Im thinking about maps like cascade range, where there are a lot of easy treasures, or maps like himalayas where there are a lot of useful treasures. Could you possibly add total resources from treasures, as well as guardian number/strength ...
