Yeah it did. This is not the first time though, but I'm sure it will come back. There are 2 actually options. One is that it uploads all your rated games at the same time after it starts to update again. The other one is that the information is lost.

That would be a nice answer honestly. However, I doubt if it is true because that means they will give ESO an update which hasn't happened in ages.

You don't have to be high ranked to play in Strong World. It's just for fun. A clan with only sergeants in this event can have as much fun as a clan with 1st lts.
