We made a specific subforum for technical support for the ESOC Patch. If you have an issue, please create your own thread including the following information:
- Operating system (including bitness)
- Patch version
- How did you obtain the latest version of the patch ("ran the installer" or "updated via the launcher")
- Specific description of the symptoms of your issue. This should answer the following questions: "What exactly did you do?" and "How exactly did the computer respond?"
- The exact text of any error messages you have encountered
- Is the regular RE patch still working?
- Screenshots if possible.
Please do not post a new issue in an old thread, even if it is your thread with an old issue, or someone else's with the same issue. Separating all to separate threads makes it much easier to support people. Topics considered resolved will be locked. Thank you.
