EP Launcher stopped working

i have a problem :/
recently i try to play on EP, so i clicked to launcher and said: "An unexpected error has ocurred with the ESOC Launcher"
i can play the normal game, join eso, etc... just a rare thing...
i tried to unistall the patch, reboot and reinstall, but it didnt work
also, i checked this forum, and i readed about folder: ESOC Patch Log... and the files said this:

System.NullReferenceException: Referencia a objeto no establecida como instancia de un objeto.
en Patch_Launcher.MainWindow.<>c__DisplayClass18_0.<InitializeWindow>b__1(Object <state>)

I NEED TO FIX THAT FOR THE TOURNY :(

it doesnt happen everytime, but if it does, i just open the age3f.exe file to launch ep, instead of ep launcher.

the best part is that i did the reformat and that it still doesn't work!
