ESOC Patch does not start without internet?

Recently my internet went down, so I watch some recorded games to pass the time. But as soon as the patch opens it accuses an error and closes alone. With the Internet it does not happen, it is normal?

The worst is that a message appears saying that the error information has been sent to the support. But as it was sent without the internet?

Ye you can't open it without Internet

Well, you actually can launch EP with no Internet access, but not via the launcher. Open the „age3f.exe" file and you'll be perfectly fine. In terms of recorded games from former patch iterations, however, this post unfortunately diminishes to just a small side note, as they do require the launcher. On the other hand, though, we have so much fresh content coming up that I doubt it's the case!
