Really? I bet they're playing team 24/7. Whenever I tune in on ESO, I see team players online, often including ramex.

Rusty in 1v1, he used to play some 1v1 1 year ago but now he only plays team.

I really like watching teamplayers play. Their approach to the game is usually pretty unique and they tend to make decisions I never even thought of.

On the one hand it's unfortunate that kynesie didn't accept the invite. On the other hand, it's an event with the pure goal to provide people with content, which is particulary hard if Kynesie's computer/internet/whatever lags so hard that it's basically impossible to stream/cast his games.

I just hope DE is not going to implement all of the EP changes. Right now it is a big clusterfuck.

Yeah, I get it, but still it's not like an entirely different game mode. I know it's not the same of course, but I feel he will play well.

lordraphael wrote:why did you invite rondon. A player that concecedes after 1 game in a quarterfinal match has no place in an invitational. Also you chose garja over boneng some serious seeding bias here........

I'd say it's rather ramex who's a team player and he's quite rusty atm.
considering that Rondon is consistently losing to captains and majors I'm surprised he was even invited......

The reason he was invited is that Aizamk could not take priority over him, all things considered.

As for Garja, I believe he needs no one to speak for him.

Well garja is at least a semi reasonable choice given that fact that he's a historically good player but no one in their right mind thinks that rondon>aiz

Well to avoid as much complaining as possible (although it's inevitable with this community sometimes....) we looked at the only tangible thing out there in the form of tournament results. Given the amount of people that have been contacted, it's very logical that marechal was one of those.

Besides I think he's a fine player, although facing H2O in the first round makes it a rough bracket for him :p

No, Aizamk lost because he was outplayed. Please stop being jealous of Marechal_Rondon.

Also, I fail to see how him losing an unwinnable match-up three times disproves his finess.

The approach to sending invites was as logical and clear cut as could be. The number one priority is to use an effective method even if the final result isn't "ideal" so that the end line up cannot really be disputed.

If you use subjective "x is better than y" then it is simply based on opinion which can always be argued with. You can't argue tourney placings, starting with t8 and moving downwards when conflicting schedules/inactives cannot play.

rondon is legit with ports, but that's about it i think. the other civs he plays would do well on re but not on esoc patch.
