Because you dont def well.
The hard things to beat are timings and ff/semi, if you loose to balanced rushes (not iro/otto), thats because you dont master china.
You also loose to russia/azzy though but still, thats only 4 mu.

China should have an arsenal. or at least some improvements for the army in another construction( similar to wonder Japanese that serves as arsenal).

I think nerf japanese for general aura shipment trainer units? nerf atk wonder?? yumi can kill(counter) cavalry wow.

Old han is okay since it needs:
An Ageup to Industrial.
1000f.
And it makes you units cost 50% more.

You are mostly stucked in your base and can't leave it without old han, you have no real counter to falconets and heavy cannons.
The real problem are the flying crows - if you don't have 3 culvs.
A musk-HC-culv combo does surpsingly well against these blackstars, goodspeeds and bramboy fuckers.

"revolt" is a joke. 8 civs can revolt, but only otto lame fi revolt. spain a few times. what about other 6 civ? is it fair?

Even if it''s hard to get onto age 4, costs 1000 food - old han is just too OP... Hell, China is banned in treaty because of old han lol. How about this: old han costs no food, and improves old han 75% as opposed to 100%?

Were balancing sup not treaty.
Your change would balance china in treaty but old han would be even better in sup.

You get to play "treaty" whenever a sup game reaches late game.


Your change would balance china in treaty but old han would be even better in sup.

idk, I dont see how taking away 1000 food shipment cost for 25% atk and 25% hp less could make a chinese FI super OP.
