BlitzTR 1.6a change notes:
-Most civs start with more wood and less of another resource (around the board most civs didn't start with enough wood)
-China starts with enough res to reach 2500+ score
-The Mosque now spawns in for otto
-Fixed vill numbers for Dutch, China, and Ports.
-Iro implementation
- -Spawns in with 12 farms and 0 plants, 99 vills
-Starts off with instant sheep and cows and nearly instant farms
-Same XP as Sioux, enough res to reach 2800+ score
-Farms are a bit more spread out for Iro (to make cowing easier)
-(1v1 bug: About 10-20% of the time, only one nat will spawn for one player. I think I fixed this but not sure.)
