Your conclusion is right, just play TAD. You can't attack opponents before the treaty time expires nor can you build outside of your starting radius. Usual settings are 40 minutes for treaty, sometimes it may get up to 55 minutes on maps like Orinoco to allow players to wall the crossing.

I think French have stronger Skims because of that Native cards that raises their HP by 10%. Fuck it, I am joining the band wagon club and playing with French. I am tired of people using the villie glitch and playing like noobs with them. It's easy to play a Civi when you get 94 cuirs, delete after the 60nr and just make Gend and Skimisher.
