hey bud, in regards to a portuguese build order for nr20, you can take a look at this video

but within the context you're asking, it's probably better to go the route of an nr40 build, guide here. in a ffa it's likely you won't get rushed at 20, and even if you are, by following a standard nr40 build (or possibly hybridizing one by sending riding school before the 2nd and 3rd plantation cards) it won't be difficult for you to get a full imperial goon mass by around 22-23 minutes. just do a max eco boom, wall up, and very likely nobody will go after you once the treaty timer has expired. from that point, just play it out by absolute control, walling everywhere and isolating your fights on players one by one.
