Hotkeys for treaty?
I'm looking to improve my treaty play, and right now I don't really use hotkeys very much. What hotkeys should I try to use in treaty battles that will improve my efficiency?

use hotkeys for your barracks, stables, artillery foundry

Re: Hotkeys for treaty?
I like a villager and tc hotkey. I also am a fan of hotkeys for buildings, not control groups, the other ones.

Hotkeys
- to build barracks, stables, artillery foundries, trade/native posts, walls
to train musks/skirms, goons/hus, culv/mort, natives
to train cows/sheeps (if you are playing with brits, iro, china, otto)
to use "attack move"

Also put your barracks/stables/foundries in control groups so that you don't have to scroll back to your fb every time you want to train units (remap ctrl groups 6-9 to F1-F4 so that you can use more).

Upload a recorded game for brutal criticism from myself.
Study recorded games of treaty masters of old such as Dewinner.

Re: Hotkeys for treaty?
I dont think you have to use army hotkeys in treaty actually, so mostly for cannons (culvs) and military buildings, native posts etc.
Re: Hotkeys for treaty?
Group your production facilities such as barracks/stables etc. (also pens/villages/farms if youre using livestock) and use hotkeys for training, for the first fight I also group pairs of culverines (some also group them during the fight after than, I don't).

I'd recommend watching recordings of current best treaty players, not some old masters.

Re: Hotkeys for treaty?
The most important things to hot key are your culvs, ctrl group them in 2. For example my 1,2,3, I only use for culvs. Then I hotkey a group of barracks and 2 stables and one art foundry on 4,5,6, etc. Use hotkeys for making your units as well but ctrl grouping IMO is most important to start off with.
