The issue I ran into was my anti-virus was blocking the dl, all I had to do was disable my Avast or what ever software you may have for 10 mins, then dl it. If that doesn't work were gonna attempt to make just switching files not crc with people using the launcher. If you cant figure out your problem, hopefully we can at least do that for you. You may also have luck using a different browser on your download, firefox or explorer if your using chrome. Or even deleting your browsers history, cache, etc might work as well.
Hope this helped let me know

No no no, you don't have to be a member at all. Just press "slow download", enter verification code and download. If you can't read it you can press the button to load a different one or even play it as a sound.

Would be better if you just send me PM if something little like this is missing instead of creating a post.

Sorry then, but I guess it's not such a big deal, I didn't create a separate thread, just a little post in the most appropriate place to point that out! :)

Well, fortunately there aren't more mistakes to be found. But yeah, I realised that particular change when I was in the middle of fighting vs India, so it kinda sucked :P

hmmm changes to india are for the 2 mansabar units? I have never seen anyone successfully use mansabar mahout or siege ele. Who wants to even devote 12 pop for a single unit. Still looking for urumi fix :-( . And maybe some train time upgrades. Even with 2 cards and a tech elephants still train way slower than euro civs with 1 card and 1 tech.... :-x It makes india really only playable on Andes. I see ottos now have infantry train times increase. why was this decided for them but not for india? :hmm:

I made these changes only because Treaty Patch reduced mahout and siege ele pop by 1 and Mansabdar units are supposed to be double pop. It won't change anything actually.

that part makes sense even though no one uses those mansabar units. I wonder if other large consualte armies will be nerfed as well, since sending the brit or port army seems better now than 12 gends. also train times should be more balanced

howlingwolfpaw wrote:I see ottos now have infantry train times increase. why was this decided for them but not for india? :hmm:

on RE patch India trains infantry 15% faster than Otto (except abusgun). On Treaty Patch, Otto got 15% buff in inf train time (no effect on abus), so India and Otto now have the same train time for infantry.
