New Treaty tournament

okay, I have a friend who wants to sponsor a treaty tournament in December. So, I was wondering how to set it up,and whether to have it on eso or gr? :/
Edit- This tournament would no longer be held. due to some unavoidable problems.. Sorry

lol i was just merely thinking it sounds interesting but fair
he says the player wants to sponsor his own treaty tournament from what i gather without the patch.
if some1 is willing to sponsor a tournament it seems only fair its under there rules and guide lines

Contact the current treaty admins. ESOC doesn't host the treaty tournaments, it merely acts as a hub.
