âś” RE Patch
âś” Treaty Patch

BOOM

Age I
As soon as you start, separate villagers on gold crates first (each on separate crate then shift click gold mine), quickly queue your first villager when you got 100 gold. Put 4 villagers on gold off the start. This 4 on gold is enough for you to keep constant villagers production.
Build a house. and a market. Get wood and hunting upgrades.
For the first bank, put 2 vills on food, new villagers to wood.
At 2 mins, you should have the first card waiting, send food trickle.
Build the first bank right when you have enough 350 food/350 wood.
Take 1 villager off gold after you have finished building your first bank.
Send Exotic Hardwood card.
Build 2nd house.
Build your 2nd bank and take all villagers off gold and put them on food since you will have enough gold pouring in through banks now.
Build 2 more banks and take all but 5 villagers off wood and put them on food.
Send 2 extra banks cards.
You should have enough 800 food to age up when you get 24 villagers. Go to Age II with the 400 wood option.
While aging build 5th bank (put more vills on wood if needed).
Age II
You should have enough resources to age up to age 3 immediately. Take Fast Age up option.
Send Church card.
Build Church.
While aging, buy 2nd wood and 2nd hunting upgrades.
Take 15 villagers off food and onto wood for town centers and banks in Age III.
Age III
Build 2 more TCs as soon as you're in Age III.
Research 2 extra banks in Church..
Stay in 3rd age spreading villagers between wood and food (gold should be coming in through banks) until you have 8 banks built.
[RE Patch only] [After reaching MAX villagers in Age III, Age up with the politician that gives you 4 Ruyters and 4 additional villagers. This will put you at a total of 54 villagers, 4 more than the limit of 50].
On Treaty Patch you should age up as soon as you have built 8 banks and gathered enough for the next age up.
Age IV
Send Tulip Speculation card
Send 2 Factories, research the gold upgrade in factory and keep them on gold.
Aim for that 4000 food/4000 gold of Age V. Age up with 2000 gold option.
Buy Mercantilism in Church for XP.
Send Refrigeration card.
Age V
Build Capitol right away. Research Imperial upgrade for gold first [then wood and food] so you can build 2 more banks.
Now you have a total of 10 banks.
Build 5-6 mills and 4 plantations, upgrade them.
Send Sustainable Agriculture and Food Silos card then move your settlers to mills.
Send important cards for your military first: Advanced Arsenal, Fencing School, Cavalry School. Then remember to send 4 plantation cards as soon as possible for villagers to switch to plantation.

FIGHT

Dutch has to win by managing your military very cost effectively. Halberdier and Hussar will drain you very fast if you ain't careful. Do not make Halberdier unless you are playing on Treaty Patch. On Treaty Patch just take infinite 8 Halberdiers shipment. Your main anticav unit is Ruyter.
Ruyter/Skirm/Massive Artillery is the way to go. But by training gold heavy combo, you risk running out of gold even with banks and most villagers on gold. To sustain your economy, try your best to keep your artillery safe. Always have culverins out to kill enemy culverins aiming at your precious artillery, Horse Artillery will bring you a favorable kill ratio with their splash damage while Mortars destruct your enemy home base. Remember to protect them the whole time so you don't have to waste 6k gold making them again.
However, if you find yourself losing artillery or just in a bad position: PULL BACK. You can't spam to the same spot to try and hold ground, because you'll get killed.
If you can keep your opponent's artillery to a minimum while maximizing your own artillery's lifetime, may the odds ever be in your favor!

Boom: if you go for market before getting 1st Bank u will 5 vills on gold alltho this might depend in your starting gold, while aging to 3 geht age 2 wood then when already 3 age 3 wood and then age 2 food(twice as many villa in wood at that time), and IMO facts > tulip spec. So far so many minor things. What im really missing is the note that facts go in gold the whole boom if you DONT trade and that you need about 20 wood gathering villa During all of the boom (makes sence since you habe age 1 wood in deck). IF YOU TRADE which should be the case in deccan and TR 55 games dont sent age 3 food but age 3 gold. Dont send a single food/ wood card. Put all vills on plants asap(u will only have 2 plant cards out unless u habe TP in rout) also leave facts in food all boom long, it will be ur only source of food during boom. Need a fast transition post40/55 tho. No nat u should trade 35k with nat about 10k More and ori generally 50/60 k. Also another rather small thing: dont go 2 wood cards in re deck. Go Tower card instead.
