Sound does mean true, yes, and you're correct in your conclusion, I believe. Note the facebook account this original statement comes from is called "Philosophical theses you have never seen because they are extremely weak" so it's safe to assume this wasn't meant to be any sort of irrefutable, logical statement, but more for lols.
