Brazil is in mourning!!!
Unfortunately we woke up with some disastrous news.
A football team called a chapecoense who made history had just finished a plane crash.

Anyway, nuancing isn't your forte, so I'll agree with you like I would with a 8 year old: violence is bad, don't do hard drugs and stay in school Benj98

Re: Brazil is in mourning!!!
It's becoming more and more clear that this was pilot error and mis-management by the charter airline. Hundreds of members of bands and athletic teams have died on charter flights: The US Navy band, The US figure skating team, The Bolivian soccer team, The Wichita State University football team, The Marshall University football team, The Evansville basketball team, and the list goes on and on. Major airlines are one of the safest ways to travel but charter planes are a different story.
Re: Brazil is in mourning!!!
Commercial airline travel is almost extraordinarily safe. In the US, for the last year on record there were zero commercial airline fatalities. Charter planes and private aviation saw 419 deaths but even this was 78 times fewer deaths than occurred on the highways (32,675). Nearly twice as many (768) die in railroad accidents as do in airplane accidents.
