Unit power for 1000 villsec index

Hi guys!

I wrote a very basic but handy program to calculate the cost effectivity of any units of the game. The index you get in the program end shows combat effectivity you get with your described unit for 1000 vilsec invest in it.
Its easy to use.

How to use: Enter your unit stats which you want to analyze -> you will get your index in the end.
You must enter the rate of fire of your unit. If you dont know it, wiki can help in it. Rate of fire means: your unit perform an attack in each of these periods.
The program ask for unit resistance though its only optional. If you enter 0 it calculate with no melee or ranged resistance.
