Twitch, maybe someone can help
Hello lovelys,
Someone know how I get old not saved twitch videos back?
Everyone knows Kaiser and Me found on Aoe and the first games we played was streamed
We would love to watch them and Ofc to upload them but it seems like twitch save them only for 2 weeks and it's like 6month ago.
Thanks for everyone who try to help

Re: Twitch, maybe someone can help
I fear they're forever lost. Unless you have obs set up so that it automatically saves your streams, I think this might actually be a default option.
Re: Twitch, maybe someone can help
unless you've saved that on your computer or highlighted them they're gone. Twitch only saves vods for 14 days for a standard member or 60 days for a prime member unless you highlight the vod.

Best bet is to contact Twitch itself but I wouldn't get your hopes up.

Always highlight your past broadcasts! It's the only option to save them

They're probably lost forever indeed, imagine we could retrieve old twitch videos which are deleted. It would be awesome

If there was a way I would use it to watch all of _pi's old streams from 2011. Lots of nostalgic value for me because I was a noob at treaty back then and I used to watch his streams all the time. Back when the game was new/fun/exciting to me and I wasn't just playing it out of compulsion.

Yeah, Mike21Daisu deleted his AoE3 videos on YT
Re: Twitch, maybe someone can help
You can export everything to youtube in a few clicks.

Not when it's already been deleted..
Oh yes of course, I mean if you want to save your VODs.

Yeah, at some point he was my favorite AoE3 YouTuber. There was a period when he uploaded two matches a day Some years ago I talked to him and he admitted that it wasn't one of his best decisions to delete all his content.
I wish he came back, great guy XD

Yeah, his videos got me into AoE3 initially. I talked to him on some stream a while ago, too, and he said the same :(

Ah yea. Great memories about that guy. His YouTube videos still make me think about my early AoE-days :(
I placed a comment on his last video (one year ago already), hope he still looks at it and responds.

Not sure why you would..... There might be a limit to the amount of highlights there are too

Re: Twitch, maybe someone can help
Well, imagine if every single streamer actually did that... Remember some guys do crazy amounts of time streaming everyday. Keeping that much data would cost twitch way too much. Do you think they would allow that to keep existing for free for too long?
