Where are the DM players? Dead?

Hey back in the days 2012-2014 I see atleast some DM matches but now there is nothing in the game browser no one is playing DM,and the good DM players quit in 2012-2014 which sucks , WTF happened to them? Sometimes DM is fun it's like treaty where u have resources and spam units ASAP would be fun,Idk what people thought , only supremacy and treaty seems to be most played,no importance is given to DM.I hope to see good DM players back and maybe host a tourney in DM? Would be interesting.

And who are the best DM players?I think xxxjackxxx(don't know his name) was best in nilla I guess ,and other players 2 I don't remember those names....

A DM tourney would be cool but even with a decent cash prize it'd be lucky to get even 32 signups. Idk how DM nilla is but DM TAD is dead. Back in 2013/14 when there was a dozen or so capt+ DM players, there was a slight learning curve switching from sup and/or treaty to DM, but once you got over that it wasn't that hard to be good. After the dozen or so capt+ dm players left or stopped, the only good DM player was black_thought (@Cometk) , pretty much the only player who put time and effort into learning the gamemode at the time. But even he stopped so RIP.

In all those wins Kaiser was playing German, and black_thought was playing not German, so I wouldn't read too much into those matches :p

here are some videos of me playing, they aren't THAT good, but you can get a general sense of the build order and what you should be doing around the map from watching them. my pc is a bit laggy which hurts my mechanics some, but that's what i'd say is the most important part of dm. being quick and accurate with your mouse with some sharp unit control are top. @dicktator_ would be better than me if he gave a hoot about dm :)

in regards to best players, just looking at top 100 elo page i'll rattle off the names of players i personally respect: II_Praetorian_II, blind_swordman, game_freak, BenjaminAFC, CuCkO0, mask22, bager, AJIV, Masterchif, foire421, Starfighter1997 / EuroFighter1997, Mongobillione, and of course dicktator_. there may be a few more decent players on that list, but either i don't know em or they weren't my time period. the rest on that list are just cheats and boosters. there are a few more good names, like from the supremacy community kaiserklein, musketjr, princeofkabul, and lordraphael. pretty much any treaty pro could also translate their skills to dm easily, like sabusa, gichtenlord, lukas_l99. if anybody else comes to mind i'll edit
