I think it can be interested if you can only pick 1 civ, but I'm afraid that good players will just choose the best all-round civ (something like Brits?) instead of picking the civ they are best with. For rank around PR 20-30, your skill is much more important that your civ choice, so it could work at that level.

Well the point is to explore some MUs deeply, so you have to make it with good players. Diarouga and Kaiserklein told me they would be very interressed in it therefor. That's a risk ofc, but I still think we would see some ger, fr and jap for example. Maybe we could do this with Mirror qualifications for each civs and then a 14 players championship for the representant of each civ or Something like this to make sure we have every civs involved ?

What about ip checking? Trust rule (unenforceable rule banning use of ip checkers) or require all players to use VPNs?

I think a random civ thing would be cool. throw all the civs into a random generator program before each match and assign the civs to each player
