on high elo lower win rate against sioux than against india I guess because of Iroquois' weak anti cav.

The chances of AoE3 getting patched are even lower than those of an AoE4 coming out. You're better off avoiding people who play those civs (though as yurashic said, very few people play them anymore).

What does "dont think so" mean for you? For me it means that im not expecting it. Im not playing this game like you for years, im new here so I dont have that much knowledge about all that stuff.

Btw i saw microsoft remastered the original age of empires.

I was thinking maybe age of empires 3 will be the next. That would be super cool. But i dont mean balance issues, mostly a strong competitive matchmaking system would be good. Couldnt pause the game, if you quit you automaticly lose, no more oos, no cheats. So making online play more fair.

There's no profit to be made from remastering aoe3.

I don't get it, if you quit obviously you automatically lose?

Also, the ability to pause the game is a must. It's the biggest gripe I have with aoeo atm: since you're unable to pause the game, you've pretty much lost when you need to take a phone call or something, even if it's for only 30 seconds.

Its just seems not too competitive to me right now. There are quite a lot cheaters. People who make the game quit to both side. Its just not a stable system like in LoL for example.

And no pause is a must in any competitive games since it can be abused. I know you can lose if you get a phone call, but you can meet a guy who constantly spam pause for his own advantage. I would say no pause is better, then abuse this thing.

If pause actually froze the game instead of letting you give commands and scroll around the map it wouldn't be abusable.

If you pause the game a couple times it starts counting times you pause. I think it is like 10-15 times. This feature doesn't exist on vanilla afaik. :)

But even then start pausing in middle of the battles can be very annoying. Id say game would be better without pause.
