Looking for a clan
Hello eso-community,
Just started playing AOE again after not playing for a decade. Actually taking the game seriously this time and not just jan rushing expert AIs. Looking for a clan to practice with and play teamgames together. I play 3v3, 2v2, and a little bit of 1v1. Currently at PR17, goal is to hit 1st Lieutenant.

Welcome to the community
You can use the Discord Server to schedule games with other people in the community. I think that might be your best option.

Re: Looking for a clan
Hi @charlemango. Welcome to ESOC, currently the biggest and best Age of Empires 3 community. As you can see, we have got quite a lot of active and passionate players around, seeking to help out other players, probably a bit too passionate sometimes when they begin to volunteer other players like princeofkabul - some of the best active players around currently.
Anyway, like I said, ESOC is a very active community and I am sure a lot of players here are willing to play with you and help you improve. It is probably a good idea to find players on our Discord server (https://discord.gg/0khRaPfhrkTKPpye) that has a dedicated channel for scheduling/finding games, as the functionality of a clan is rather limited in its current form. As for practicing and gearing yourself up at your level, it is probably better to find yourself a few active training partners slightly above your level (and have decent amount of game knowledge and good mechanics) and play 1v1s with them on a regular basis - and even better if you can find some time to analyse the games with your training partners afterwards. Having a goal is good, but it is not the most important thing imo - it is better to be a solid 2nd lieut than an overrated 1st lieut for example.
Btw, it seems like you have decent home city levels for both french and otto, but I would definitely recommend you install the ESOC patch and use the integrated XP mod to help you with turbo-leveling up a TAD civ, which will then allow you to create new home cities of the same tier. And even if you have the patch installed, you can still play on the official patch without any technical complications.
And again, welcome to the community.
P.S.: Please feel free to send me a pm on Discord (or on ESO if I am online) - I am usually down for a few casual 1v1 games on ESOC patch every now and then although I am probably the worst player around.

Hey add me CelticCrusader on ESO,I am also pr 17 but I mostly play 1vs1 so would be happy to play some 1vs1 games rated or unrated if you want to practice.
