I blocked your polls and can't figure out how to unblock them so I don't know the options, but my guess is that the majority of us wouldn't be playing the game right now if esoc hadn't been founded. The game had been thriving on its last dying breath when spring 2015 was announced, and apart from the diehards I don't think there would be as many players as there are today without esoc. mitoes birthday existed befor esoc. i kept spaming it in a twitch chat the day after he had his birthday. and gibson + zoom + bpds and u were joining me till it became a thing.

I think the activity of esoc showed that there is still some love for age of empires 3. This may (or may not) have influenced microsoft to make a remake. I'd like to congratulate eso-c for showing microsoft this game still has a community all in all.
