Invitation issue

There is this invitation spammer on eso, and I cannot add him to my pests list, since I cannot detect his username. Anybody have any solutions? He even does the same stuff to my 2nd acc. I am basically unable to use eso completely rn.

Join the game. Add him to your pest list from there.

You can disable invitations from non-friends until you figure out how to add him to pests.
