Gurkha and Spahi slowly regenerate hitpoints. Not strange for Spahi, since they are unique units and you can only build a few of them. But why Gurkha? Well, India is the second civ that has a unit like the Spahi: the Urumi. They can only be shipped, are very powerful and cost food to ship.

If you look at the Gurkha in the game files, you will see that their 'name' is ypNatMercGurkha, while other Indian units are called ypSepoy, ypUrumi or ypSowar. So the Gurkha got their own special name. It's most likely that the devs orginally wanted the Gurkha to be the unique unit, but switched them with Urumi. They probably forgot to change the regeneration. It is possible that this was their intention all along, but then it was a very random choice. It's also not written in any description.

Exactly, that's also why there are hotkeys for training "Urumis" in the barracks, but ingame those are working for Gurkhas actually.

It's the fair & balanced, no-spin truth. At least from my experience. Just bear in mind the vanilla disclaimer.

Double right click on ESO works like that, I knew that one. Recorded game thing I think it still depends on graphic settings or in general on how fast the game is being run at the moment (that might relate on how fast the rec is loaded and therefore how quickcly the 'fast play' can be clicked).
