Do you think that there are yet new meta's to be discovered in AoE, or are we at a 'stalemate'?

What is your opinion on....
-schooners with spain? and with dutch?
-ATP with russia?
-FI builds in general, in EP patch?
-Tori gates to colonial age?
-colonial china?

-tp dependent civs in no tp maps
-is water op bc of it being hard to contest and how do you adapt vs water?

scouting order (how the pro usually scouts the map; bad question i know)
What is better, decision making or mechanics/apm?
what is a player limit of ability?( i saw a thread here months ago about this theme, and it was a nice discussion.)
what should i do to become a better player? (this one should be the last one to close the interview)

Few questions which coe to my mind atm (Dont just skip questions with a YES/NO or one word answer , have some discussions around them also :D ) :

1. Can you skip water on an EP water map? (Given current water changes)

2. Is walling in supremacy still considered lowbob? (All high level players are walling a bit nowadays. Did they now finally understand that it's pretty damn good). Extension to this question ---> Is aggressive walling off enemy resources a strategy?

3. Should German go for cannons in age3 given that ulhans suck and dops (protection for cannons) are buffed ?
