I've designed a scenario, and i Want to know how to make a map for aoe3, I mean, someone knows what should I do for making files .xml .xs ? I don't want to make .scn.

You can't simply save a scenario file as a custom map file. A scenario is made in the scenario editor where everything (triggers, decks, positions, amount of players) are set from the beginning. A custom map gives you the ability to randomize the map and play with various amount of players. A custom map file is more like a file used to generate the map, while a scenario already is the map. In Riki's guide he also explains this.
You might wanna check out Durokan's Custom Map Workshop taken from Created Content Summary. I have not 100% read either Durokan's or Riki's guide, but I trust they are both great sources of information.
