Hotkey to set a flag from the Towncenter

I know that there is a hotkey to set a military flag but there isn't one to set a flag for vills. Is it possible to add one for vills?

I still don''t have a hotkey to set a military flag from the barracks for example.

If you select "All Buildings" in the option in my previous screenshot youll be able to set a military flag from any building with a hotkey.

Which one ? I can only set one for the tc but if I try to use that one in the barracks it doesnt work
