Does recording a game played actually increase the amount of lag throughout the course of the game in any noticable way?
Those who fail to understand the fundamental difference between lag and load-time need not reply.

Record Game and Lag
Oh it's a nice question, i think it can increase lag a bit . For example when i had a worse internet and this game worked barely, when i tried to rec my games they got freeze almost of the time, without recording they were working so i think rec a game can increase the lag ye, but not so much

Record Game and Lag
If it lags it's probably not a connection issue, it's just that the computer can't process both the game and the recording, so turning down graphics should make it better, right?

It does, the game takes much longer to load if you rec it obviously.

it can actually. One thing I noticed during pretty much any tourney I played is that when your run test game for lag without rec everything seems fine. The game after that with rec is instantly more laggy.
Also I noticed that once players select the deck the games starts lagging more.
