My APM is probably about 60, lol, which is why I like slightly laggy team games. It used to be pretty fast. In the Army I could field strip and reassemble an M-16 blindfolded in less than a minute. However, I'm old and slow now.

Are parfait and braidon that fast? Imo _H2O is the fastest. Anyway, APM doesn''t really matter in AOE III, 100 APM is enough tbh..

Hum I think ryan is faster than braidon but parfait is really impressive, fastest player imo.

Unnecessary apm is unnecessary and to say that in aoe3 you don't have real apm but in brood war you have is silly.

For that parfait video, Look at like 4:00 he is randomly jerking the camera around on that food treasure and he doesn't start market ups on time. The market finished at 4:01. I remember watching him, he has his mouse DPI set super high which makes it feel very frantic and fast.

For the real apm I agree check out Starcraft brood war.

Well, theres kinda merit in playing it slower and more accurate. I perform better when Im not trying to go as fast as possible than when I am I think.

I agree, I remember watching him at US WCG. Seemed like he tried to look fast and wasted a lot of actions when he could have been setting up his macro.

Hes not far off tbh. Musket when he plays his top game has been one of the best age players for years. He just barely ever plays srs

Is there some way of measuring aoe apm? does someone know a software for that?
The Epm measure like starcraft is probably impossible, but a 3rd part software should be able to count clicks and keystrokes / time.. right?

while i have no idea of my aoe apm, in SC2 it was 100, assuming that i'm also at 100apm in aoe.. I would say thats not enough. quite often I few like i'm too slow, just thinking faster then beeing able to play.

Highest apm on aoe3 iamgrunt. He's korean of course and its useless to say Koreans are the fastest player. Aoe3 doesn't require a real op apm anyway it's pretty sad notone can count it
