What do you do as japan vs a spain ff or piroshiki ff u stay age 2, go age 3 and in either situation what unit combo should you do and what card order.

I saw Boneng just massing Ashi in age 2 against piroshiki and attacking right after he hit age 3, he easily overwhlemed piroshiki with that.

semi-ff ashigaru. That's what i do versus spain

build 1 shrine, send 300w, age up with toshogu, 6 on food rest wood build 3 more shrines and a forward consulate and 200 spare wood, build rax upon age up and spam ashi, send 300 export for 12 club men and then ashi twice. 12 clubs 20 ashi at 7.

I'd do a semi FF. Have some troops ready to harass while the spain player ages. Once you're up you should have a better eco and a reasonable size amount of troops. Once you eliminate the two falconet shipment I really don't see how japan loses, especially if playing against the extremely all in piroshiki FF.

Like other said, rush. If you force Spain to commit to age 2 play you've won. If Spain ages you can just destroy his tower and stand in his Tc and win. The only way Japan looses this is if they don't build walls and play normal Japan.
